  • Be able to run 4 miles without dying
  • Run under a 7 minute 30 second mile
  • Break 6:00 for the 1600
  • Get under 13:00 for the 3200

Long-Term Running Goals:

  • Run a half-marathon  (Dogtown Half 2015)
  • Don't stop running
  • Run a half marathon under 1:45

.5 barefoot warmup/30 min easy run/kids club

am-Today was an okay day. I didn't feel good, but not bad either. Kids' Club was interesting. I'm over 3rd and 4th boys....they're CRAZY, but it was fun :)

pm-it was soooo hot! I died. I had to take a couple breaks in the shade. Did some yoga when I got back, it felt fantastic

I remember those 3rd and 4th grade guys and I would have to say they are the craziest of all the groups. Be patient with them and just have fun.

haha ya, I had a good time. and I saw one of them at my work later Tuesday, and he remembered me....I think. He acted like he did...
