| | harts warm, 3x1000s. I had to leave early because I went to piano, so I couldn't get all 4 in. I haven't been feeling well at all lately. Not just at xc but just during the day too. But I am just trying to keep pushing myself during my workouts so that I can keep progressing.

| | Harts warm. 4x1000s. I felt a lot better than I have been lately. I hit my goal time everytime. I feel like I'm getting back into the groove. I've had to take it easy for a while, but I've been feeling better so I'm back up to full workouts :)

PV Mile Time Trial (1 Miles) 00:07:05 | | So I didn't do near as well as I would've hoped. But I gave it my all, and so I guess that's all that matters. I really hurt my legs though. They feel really tight and are giving me much grief.

| | Harts warm/cool with 10x200s. I felt generally pretty well today. Didn't do as well on the 200s as I would've hoped, but they were still good.
So 5.5 miles, today. Gave a good general idea for about how the 9k is going to feel next week. I'm pretty excited to run it.

| | 4 mile trail run. It felt really nice. I ran with Liz, and we kinda got lost a lottle bit, we probably went about an extra half mile. We were so happy and releived when we got back on the trail and saw some other runners up aways.

| | So I'm running the 9K Dogtown race next week, so I decided to go for a longer run today to help get a good feel for the distance. Megan came to my house about 3ish and we headed out. It was a lot easier than I'd anticipated, but we were going at a roughly average 10 min/mile pace, so we took it a bit easier. But it felt SOOOOOO nice! I'm so excited to race next week.

| | I was out of town so I couldn't come to the practice, but I did go on a very intense hike that involved a lot of climbing and scaling rocks.

Dogtown 9k (5.6 Miles) 00:52:40, Place overall: 55, Place in age division: 5 | | Haven't been feeling too well lately. But I woke up this morning ready to go finish my first race that was more than 3 miles. I started out strong, and tried to keep the same pace. I didn't really like the course much, cuz it was super confusing. My head hurt like crazy during the race and when I finished I was super dizzy. But, even though I didn't do as well as I would've hoped, I still finished :)
