I woke up today with a weird pain in my lower lower back. It hurt really bad, even just when I was walking, but I decided to try running anyway. I got to the top of my street, and went back home because I realized that the pain I was feeling was my i.t. band. I pulled it during the summer and I was out from running for a while. I'm super bummed, but I'm going to have to take it easy for a while so that it gets better and doesn't put me out for a long time. I really want to run, but don't want to take chances so I'm just icing for a while until it feels better.
