  • Be able to run 4 miles without dying
  • Run under a 7 minute 30 second mile
  • Break 6:00 for the 1600
  • Get under 13:00 for the 3200

Long-Term Running Goals:

  • Run a half-marathon  (Dogtown Half 2015)
  • Don't stop running
  • Run a half marathon under 1:45
