am-dirt mile, progress faster each lap-45 min total
I honestly dont know the exact time of each lap, but I'm most positive it got faster each time. The first lap was alright, and the second felt a little better. The strongest point for me was the second half of the second lap and the first half of the third lap. But at the end of the third lap I felt completely drained and slowed down a lot. My legs felt really good today, the only thing that held me back at all was my breathing.
